There are a couple of attractions here that we didn’t even SEE last year! And some that won’t open until later this year (we are all big Star Wars fans in this house so very excited for Galaxy’s Edge and everything that comes with!)
Favourites for us in Hollywood Studios: 100% Slinky Dog Dash. Again, we couldn’t get near a Fast Pass last year for this ride that had barely been open a month, but we got to Toy Story Land in Magic Hours (a MASSIVE perk of staying in a Disney hotel or resort) and we were able to ride SDD twice with barely any line and without having to use up a Fast Pass so it worked out great!
We all really love Star Tours too. The fact that there are so many possible combinations to this ride make it so much fun and different every time! We’ve been on it a lot and it has never been the same once. We love it even if we have to wait in the regular line because there is so much to watch!
I am a big fan of Hollywood Tower of Terror. I will admit I didn’t make it on this ride last time in Orlando, but since then, I’ve been to Disneyland Paris twice and ridden this ride a LOT so I am excited to get in the elevator in WDW next year! The family won’t be joining me – they don’t like drop rides.
Lastly, we didn’t see Toy Story Mania in 2018, but I know for sure we will love it, so that’s definitely going on the itinerary! It looks like Buzz Space Ranger Spin on steroids! Can’t wait!

** Currently this ride requires a boarding pass – basically a pass which gives you a time to return later in the day. To get this, your entire party has to be in the park and they start issuing at 7am.
